We have multi stage refund policy. If the user is not satisfied with our website and its services, we offer them with following refund policy.

No Refund. You can write to us and explain the cause. |
It must be noted that commission charged on work orders will not be refunded at any cost. They are non-refundable. So, build your work order wisely.
Incase of a refund claim, please write to us at support@locknkey.in along with your purchase details so that we can process your refund swiftly.
It usually takes 8 to 10 working days to process your refund. You can tag us again with the email incase there is a lapse from our end.
